Thank you for autoshutdown, but it did not perform well with Vista. Ultimately I found a small program call shutdown.exe (a windows item) it worked well functioned within batch files, and I was able to use it within task scheduler. Even though your autoshutdown did not work well for me it did put me on the right track. So thank you for your part in helping me solve my problem. Sy OlivenTucson, AZ

Hello,I was trying to get some help. I downloaded your program attempting to find a means of transferring Excel spreadsheet information into an online form I use every day. I can usually figure things out but this one has me stumped. If I can do something like that with your program, I would appreciate the help. i feel like this program is malicious. i downloaded it, and my computer just ran slower. i have a brand new computer, windows 7, and a great video card. plus, i have 7.1 mbs connection. so this thing slowed it down. deleted that program, guess what? computer back to normal. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR COMPUTER!!!!

Review for Auto shutdown XP I have a trial of this program,I love using this program. If you use downloading program (torrents) you will find this program handy, you can make it so it will automaticaly switch your PC off without you doing it, so it will download the programs you want and you can make it switch off whenever, also if you want it to log you off (forced) and also lock, this is handy for internet cafes.

Very interesting, but too complicate for my needs.I\'m simply looking for a software capable of waking up (and shutdown later) just one remote machine, if possible several times a day.Cheers.

I think this is a great program, at first I though that it didn't work, like "Wake-up-on-standby", but it was actually that my computer's time was not correct. This program also has many more features. Once the trial time has come to an end I will use the Lite Version, because this is just for one computer (being used as a server) in our house and I don't have a budget (0$)

I\'ve tried many shutdown programs and none of them completely shutdown my computer. This one failed as well.

my point is, wanna shutdown if connection failed, but automatic, may I am not at home, or sleeping.Now, windows 7 brings the laptop to sleep, batt. less...

Does everything that it says on the tin.I wanted to go to bed but was backing up some files to DVD to I set it up to shut the pc down when the burn had completed. It worked.

PC Shutdown is exactly what I was looking for. A simple easy to use and functional program for timed shutdown on completion of downloads. Highly recommended, have tried others that simply do not work. Thanks heaps.

A good useful software! I never worry about downloading movies overnight anymore.Easy and simple to use.

It works very well, the only thing that I would improve is the fact that you have to activate the program every day for it to shut your pc down. There is no function for a day by day shut down without starting Manage PC Shutdown up every time. Other than that it works.

My Experience with AutoShutdown Genius It works well on XP. I am still having issues on Vista. I am working with LonKing support and they have been very responsive. If you need to ensure that systems are shut down, this is it!

Hello,easy to use and effective!

Not working I tried to install it on my laptop to control my desktop which I used as my server for files. But it doesn't work when I tried to restart or shut it down.

Fire wall. If the fire wall windows XP is on, my server 2003 and an other pc with xp can not shutdown a workstation, I have open the port 4444 and nothing.

Could not get it to work We could not get it to work. It seemed to work but then it never shut down. We tried various methods, read the text files and then finally just gave up and used something else in a command line and made a batch file for schedule. But I like the application - I think I just couldn't figure out how to make it work.

catchup microsoft! Nice program. found no adware, spyware, or worms... but still buyer beware which is nice because its free, and yes it works. i even can use it without a username password which is why i downloaded in the firstplace... enjoy!

Opinion. Ok, thanks a lot for the software, it's helpfull for me, cos I always us my laptop all the time untill I sleep and I forget to shut it down, so by this sotfware I did'nt worry anymore, once more danke for the software. It's helpfull for me.

Nice product - easy to use. It's not right for me only because it does not have password protection. It's too easy to just turn the computer back on! Not everyone needs that - but I do.
